After writing my post about chia seeds and recommending the DS organic chia seeds, I've been getting lots of e-mails, from people who wanted to know how exactly to eat their chia seeds. So I'll keep this post short by just presenting my list, without too much explanations and digressions.
First in my list is one of my favorites- Chia Seed Pancakes
I bet everyone knows how to make pancakes, so I will not go in details about it. The only difference here is adding chia seeds into the mixture for the pancakes, and also among your other toppings you can sprinkle some seeds for an even stronger nutritional punch.
Oatmeal with chia seeds
You just sprinkle the seeds on top or let it soak in the milk and then add the oatmeal. Soaking chia seeds is great because they turn in to a yummy gel.

Chia seed smoothie
Just add them to your favorite smoothie, I promise you are going to love it! And your body is going to love you for providing all of that nutrition to it as well!
Sprinkle on your salads
Chia seeds are a great addition to every salad, because they add some texture, a nutty taste and also make it look that much more yummier.
Add it to your salad dressing
Instead of just sprinkling a spoonful of them on your salad, you can mix it with your dressing.
Chia seed chocolate chip cookies
Instead of using eggs as your binder, you can soak some chia seeds and use the gel. It's great!
Add them to your cheat meals
I always like to add healthy things to my cheat meals (which are usually ice cream) so I don't feel guilty for taking all those empty calories. Plus ice cream and chia seeds tastes amazing.

Just snack on them
I also love to just eat a spoon of plain chia seeds on their own
Chia seeds granola
Add it to your favorite granola recipe and enjoy a desert that is healthy and delicious.
And my last suggestion is to add them to your pasta sauce
