Natural Menopause Treatment

As you know the menopause can't be avoided. So what are these natural menopause treatments, well it might be unavoidable but it could be far easier to go trough. Those treatments ease the symptoms which are:

The following servings contain about 35-50 mg of soy isoflavones: 1/2 cup tofu, one cup soy milk, 1/2 cup green, 1/2 tempeh soybeans (edamame), and three handfuls of roasted soy nuts.

  1. Black cohosh is the most common herbal menopause treatment. It is recommended to be used 6 months consistently

Smoking Causes Hair Loss

Im sure that everybody knows the fact that smoking is bad! Among the conditions it causes are cancer, heart problems, cardiovascular disease and more.

But recent studies add one more condition that can be caused by smoking and it is hair loss. Italian scientists made laboratory experiments on mice, who were living in a smoky environment for 3 months.

As result the furry little animals were not as furry any more, actually they lost almost all of their fur!

The scientists came to a conclusion that the tobacco smoke damages the hair bulbs and shortens their life. And with out bulb their can be no hair!

This is not the only way smoking causes hair loss tough. As you know a healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp and in order to have a healthy scalp you need a good blood supply. Its a known fact that smoking has a negative impact on the blood supply and the circulatory system.
  1. Smoking produces carbon monoxide which inhibits the blood's capacity to carry oxygen.
  2. Nicotine causes a jump in adrenaline which increases blood pressure and suddenly makes the heart beat faster than normal.
  3. Nicotine causes blood vessels to constrict which makes it harder for the heart to pump blood through the arteries which impacts the blood circulatory system.
Knowing that oxygenated blood is what delivers all the proteins and nutrients its only normal to assume that something that has a negative effect on the blood supply is indeed a reason for hair loss.

So listening to common sense and the voice of the mice tells us that in order to have a beautiful hair or any hair at all you better quit smoking!

In my post easiest ways to fight nail fungus I told you about 2 nail fungus solutions - ZetaClear and Povidone Iodine-Chamax. Tough they are very effective, some people prefer to eat or in this case drink there way to fungus free life. For them I have 3 recpies for vegetable juices that will help you fight nail fungus.

  1. First and most simple is the carrot juice. Just pick some carrots and make your self a juice. It also has many other great effects. As I have wrote in my carrot juice post- it is the miracle of our century.
  2. The second recipe is carrots and spinach
-290 grams carrots (10.22 oz)
-170 grams spinach (6 oz)
  1. And the third juice recipe against nail fungus contains carrots, beetroot and cucumbers
-290 grams carrots (10.22 oz)
-90 grams beetroot (3.17 oz)
-90 grams cucumber (3.17 oz)

Those recipes will not only heal your fungus. They have a ton of other great effects. Just to name a few: They help with acne, sleeping disorders, kidney stones, diarrhea and many more you wouldn't even believe! So make sure you drink lots of fresh vegetable juices!

8 tips for an easy menopause

Im not going to go trough what is menopause, cause you can check it out in this post:

Take supplements
