Stress is a leading reason for many conditions and diseases. Acne makes no difference. Although scientists still debate about the actual way stress causes acne, they have no doubt about the fact that it causes it. My advice is to try and find the reasons that lead to your stress and eliminate them. Of course, I realize that it isn't possible to remove all the stress from your life. For what is left, find a way to manage it- either recreation, meditation or whatever you find relaxing.
