Who burns more fat, men or women?

Male and female bodies are different. Different in the way hormones built our muscles and bones. The male hormone- testosterone, determines the size of bones, deepens the voice and causes hair growth. It also regulates the metabolism trough the size of the muscle mass. If you have more muscle mass, you will burn calories faster. This fact is the main difference between men and women.

As you know men and women training side by side don't achieve the same results. Recent studies show that females gain weight faster than the opposite gender and that they have a harder time losing it with exercise. So guys, think about how hard it is for you to stay in shape! Hard work, huh? Now think that its twice as hard for the girls! Just think about it next time you make a problem out of the fact she spend your money on weight loss supplements !

But there is another problem that makes things harder for ladies. The obsession with thin bodies. Every time we look at a magazine or a fashion show, what do we see? How do those models look? That right they are rail- thin. For us guys its normal to have a little belly even tough we can remove it easier, but if a lady sees a belly every time she looks at the mirror she becomes desperate and tries some kind of unproven diets that could make her thin, but not healthy, and as soon as the diet is over the fat comes back. And the next time its even harder! A recent study published by the BBC showed that 62 obese women who exercised 4 hours per week and learned how to cook healthier meals and how to stick to them felt a tremendous improvement in their weight and self esteem. I hate that guys have it easier, but it also means that when a women gets the body she wants its that much bigger of an accomplishment. I think the hardest part for women is the food thing and fear of calories. Unrightfully so.
