Have you ever struggled to think of a place where your first date will be exciting and result in the way you dreamed?If yes than this post is for you!I offer you 50 first date ideas

1.Coffee
The most simple,traditional and inexpensive first date.There is nothing like drinking a warm coffee with the girl you like.But on the other hand, it really isn't exciting and new huh?Plus there is nothing else to do except talk,and if you run out of topics there will be an awkward silence.I recommend it only on a low budget.

2.Bar
A little more exciting than the coffee shop,you can also have a drink which will help you loose a bit. Easier to flirt and if the date doesn't go well,there are a lot of women waiting for a flirt or you can always get drunk ;)

3.High profile restaurant
Very classy,allows you to act as a gentleman,also good food and a nice wine will help things going.But as in the coffee shop,the problem is that there is nothing to do but talk.

4.Ice skating
Its always fun and exciting,especially if the girl cant skate ,leaving her no choice than to grab a hold of you.This will surely make you feel and if you are lucky she could fall for you(literally). Of course to take a girl ice skating you have to be a good skater ,otherwise whats the point?

BodyBuilding:Most common questions

A person cant live long enough to make all the mistakes,so he can learn everything,therefor you have to learn from the experience of other people.That makes asking questions a key part of becoming better,not only in fitness but in everything you do.So dont be afraid to ask,the only one that will suffer from it is you!

Here I have 6 of the most common questions in bodybuilding answered.I like to call it a bodybuilder`s FAQ.

1.My work out is too boring,how can I make it more exciting?

The key is in experimenting.Change the intensity,the amount of reps,the wights,the amount of rest time,the way you warm up (try new stretching methods,if the gym has a punch bag use it its always fun),give your self a day off the gym and the other healthy activities like yoga or swimming. Whatever you do keep it fresh and try to surprise your muscles!

2. I've heard contrary opinions about aerobics.What should I really do?

If your goal is to have big lean muscles,with well toned abs you should do aerobics 3 times a week around 20-30 minutes.If you train intensively enough,with a good rep number, rest no more than 45 sec and have a proper nutrition plan 20-30 mins should be absolutely enough.

3.With my budget I cant afford much of the high cost supplements.What will you recommend me?

For a really low budget I recommend whey protein powder.

Big muscles need protein,around 1,5-2,5 grams(00,4-0,007 oz) per kilo(1 kilo=2.2 lb) of the persons weight.That sure is a hard to get amount,so you better get back to question number 3.
But which foods will best serve your muscle gaining goal ?Well you have to eat lots of egg whites (some people prefer drinking eggs raw),chicken or turkey meet without the skin,fish,low fat milk products and other protein rich foods.To make sure read the table on the package.

Great leaders are made, not born. Yes, it is true that some people are born with natural talents. However, without practice, without drive, without enthusiasm, and without experience, there can be no true leadership development.

Also remember that great leaders are always working and studying on how to improve their natural skills. This takes commitment,commitment to constantly improve and be the best in your group.

First of all, let's define leadership. To be a leader, one must have influence on the people around to accomplish a goal, or an objective. He contributes to the organization and cohesion of a group.

Contrary to the believe that most people have, leadership isn't about power. Its not about harassing people or driving them using fear. It is about encouraging others towards the goal of the organization. It is putting everyone on the same page and helping them see the big picture of the organization. You must be a leader not a boss.

First thing you have to get people to follow you. How do you do this?

People follow others when they see a clear sense of purpose. People will only follow you if
they see that you know where ,why and how you are going. Remember that bumper sticker? The one that says,don't follow me, I'm lost too? The same is true for leadership. If you dont know where you are going, chances are people will not follow you at all.

You must know the vision of the organization. Having a clear sense of hierarchy,knowing who the bosses are, who to talk to, the organization's goals and objectives, and the way your organization works is the key to showing others you know what you are doing.

Being a leader is not about what you make people do,thats bossing.Leadership is about who you are, what you know,and what you do. You are a reflection of what you're subordinates must be.

Studies have shown that one other bases of good leadership is the trust and confidence your
subordinates have of you. If they trust you they will go through hell and high water for
you and for the organization.

Trust and confidence is built on good relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics.

The way you deal with your people, and the relationships you build will lay the foundation
for the strength of your group. The stronger your relationship, the more they will have trust
and confidence in your capabilities.

Once you have their trust and confidence, you may start to communicate the goals and
objectives you are to undertake.

Communication is one of the keys to leadership. Without it you cant be a real leader. The knowledge and technical expertise you have must be clearly imparted to other people.

Also, you cant be a leader unless you have good judgment. You must be able to assess situations, weigh the pros and cons of any decision, and actively seek out a solution.It is this judgment that your people will come to rely upon. Therefore, good decision-making is crucial to the success of your organization.

Leaders are not do-it-all heroes. Dont claim you know everything, and dont rely upon your skills alone.

You should recognize and take advantage of the skills and talents your subordinates have.
Only when you come to it , you will be able to work as one cohesive unit.

Dont forget that being a leader takes a good deal of work and time. It is not learned overnight.
Remember, also, that it isnt about just you. It is about you and the people around you.

What is Andropause?
