Juicy Power

Its well known that the human body is made from milliards of cells and all of them need feed properly. The element needed at most by the cells is called enzyme. Enzymes can be found in very large doses in the vegetable juices so that makes them an essential of every body meal (at least to those who want to eat properly). Back to enzymes. Its what allows the organism to live. Its the base of life. The enzymes are complicated and there main use is to help food digestion and its assimilation by the blood.

Why don't we just eat the vegetables instead of making juice with them? Don't we just waste cellulose? The answer is simple the digestion of food takes hours,and then it goes to the cells and also it needs a lot of energy from the body but the juices sometimes take just a couple of minutes and save a lot of energy. About the cellulose. Although it dose not feed the organism in any way the cellulose cleans the stomach so it is recommended to eat some plant food and not relay only on juices.

Its of main importance to drink the juices fresh and every day. The vegetable juice is the most nutritious food. But the be like that its very important that you squeeze them very good. Thats the only way the most important part of them leaves the cellulose.

How much do I have to drink a day?

Well the minimum is 1 liter the maximum 4 liters try to maintain these boundaries.
Those are some basic facts that will let you know about the "Juicy Power" next stop is juices from different vegetables.

Im not recommending any brands because its important that the juice is FRESH not from the store. Make it yourself!

I know from personal experience that having a romantic relationship can make miracles to ones` spirit.If you have the one you love beside you the spirit splendors and you fill that everything you were once thinking for impossible is in your feet.That gives romance a very important place in this blog.

So i will start from the beginning.No thats not the "seduction" part.It all stars even before you have noticed the person you like.A key to being liked from the opposite gender is the way you walk.I star with the walk cause its very important and Im actually pissed off seeng people walk out there with no life in them,no confidence at all.You just have to forget about walking and looking in your feet.Can you think of anyone famous walking like that?Brad Pit?No of course!They walk with the chin straight up.The shoulders pulled back the chest in front,thats what makes them look like the players they are!This has its psychological explanation.In the past what did the slaves do?They bow down the the stronger,the richer,the more respected,THE KINGS.Do you want to be a slave or a king?Think about with who the sexy girl next doors prefers to be.Surly the player.

Another thing is the smile.When you walk in the street and see a grumpy guy and one with a big smile who makes more impression and better?Please be the guy with the smile!Think that there is a sun in you and whenever you smile it shines upon everybody in your path.But one thing you have to remeber dont give your best smile.Hold it back until you see somebody that means something to you when your eyes need give him the big,warm smile.This will show him that he means some thing more to you and that you dont react to him same way you react to the paper boy.But before you go out all smiling practice in front of the mirror.Find how your smile looks best!

Than comes the eye contact.I like to call it sticky eyes :).When you see some body you like look him in the eyes let him know that you are interested.Dont be afraid that you can make him nervous that a good sign.And when you are in a company with that person do it when he speaks than when somebody alse takes the word keep your eyes on your person for a few seconds.Act like you are trying to take them of of him but they are just stuck.And if the object asks you why you stare at his eyes like that you can say"there is something in your eyes and i just cant stop watching them" or something like that.

Weight Loss 7 of the most common problems that can ruin your way to success:Problem 5

Low-Carb or High-Carb?

For those of you who don’t know the benefits of a high-carbohydrate diet compared to a low-carbohydrate diet I put my name that you will after reading this post. This is a very important point as some time ago low-carb diet plans like Atkins and South Beach got some huge press and popularity. Although its popularity has waned dramatically at this point the Atkins’ diet was instrumental in starting this debate in recent times so it will be used as the primary example of the low-carb diet in this post.The first thing to address is that there are a few discrepancies among people concerning what a low-carb diet entails, and in fact even Atkins changed his mind dramatically over the course of the thirty year life of his bestselling book. The most crucial point is that not all carbohydrates are made equal, a point which was fuzzy for Dr. Atkins when his book was first published in 1972. The fact is that fibrous carbohydrates – in the form of vegetables – are crucial for proper functioning, particularly when it comes to avoiding constipation. Although the Atkins diet now encourages the consumption of fibrous carbohydrates, the initial phase of even the recent program limits of them severely enough that an alarming majority of participants find themselves suffering with problems like constipation. The other point that causes discrepancies in opinion is in the immediate weight loss that occurs when people start on the low-carb diet and which some feel justifies the means. Unfortunately the initial weight loss from a low-carb diet has much less to do with fat-loss than with water loss. How so? A report by the Tufts University School of Nutrition regarding the low-carb South Beach Diet explains it well:

“Consider that carbohydrates are stored in the body attached to water molecules. When carbs are not taken in with the diet, every carb that comes out of storage to fuel the various organs and other tissues releases water,which ends up in urine and creates weight loss on the scale that can be confused with fat loss.”Obviously, water loss is not healthy, it’s not sustaining, and it’s not what people on a fat-loss program should be content with. As if to drive the final nail into the coffin of the Atkins diet, in a 12-month comparison study of Atkins diet, the Zone diet, the Ornish diet, and Weight Watchers, Atkins came in last place in the amount of weight lost in the year, according to www.atkinsexposed.org. It also had a relatively high (50%) drop-out rate –
especially for a diet that allows indulgence in fatty meats, cheese and butter.The main reason for this would be that many participants on a low carb diet complain of frequent food cravings, likely due to the lack of energy that carbohydrate deprivation causes. Some of the other common side effects –like headaches, halitosis and hair loss – likely caused more concern. On a bigger scale, this same type of lack of loyalty was reflected by the fact that it went from being a craze where nearly 10% of North American adults were on the diet at its peak, to being bankrupt by July 2005.

Nobody is arguing that certain types of carbohydrates – like white bread and rice, honey and syrup - cause an increase in blood sugar, and therefore insulin, and that fat stores increase because of this. The problem lies in the misnomer that all carbs have this effect in equal measure, which you would believe by following Dr. Atkins’ original book. The other, bigger problem for the Atkins people is the insistence that you can eat all kinds of fattening foods, like steak and cheeseburgers, as long as you avoid certain carbs (like fruits, since they contain fruit sugars).Carbohydrates are necessary due to the fact that they are converted to glycogen when stored in your muscles, where they are held until needed for extra energy. This is made more necessary when you are on an exercise program, which you surely must be to lose significant amounts of weight. As stated, carbohydrates also provide fiber in your diet. The damaging effects of the Atkins low-carb diet have been noted by such institutions as the National
Academy of Sciences, the American Medical Association, the American Dietetic Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, John Hopkins School of Medicine, and the American College of Sports Medicine, among others.So what accounts for the enormous popularity of low-carb diets if they ultimately are neither effective nor healthy? As mentioned above, there is a great deal of initial weight loss, so participants become ecstatic with their
results and tell others about it as they dehydrate dangerously. By the time they realize they can only lose so much water, and that it doesn’t improve their appearance in a bikini, others have already bought the products. This system works very well – for those making money from it.
For more information about the effects of the Atkins and other low-carb diets, I strongly recommend checking out www.atkinsexposed.org. Now, please note that I’m not saying that you must go on a high-carb diet and stay there. What you need to know is that there are very useful fibrous and starchy carbs (oatmeal, potatoes, yams, brown rice, veggies) that are going to help you fulfill your weight loss goals. One recommendation is to start at a point where 55 – 60% of calories are coming from carbohydrates and work from there. If you experience bad results due to carbohydrate sensitivity (as happens in some endomorph body types), go lower. Just don’t
ever put yourself at 20 grams a day as Atkins would have you in the Induction phase of their program.

Skin:Acne scars

A friend of my has acne scars all over his left cheek and he asked me if there is a way to remove them.A said yes!But the only ways i could think of were chemical pills, microdermabrasition, laser or strong exfoliation which still are expensive at lest at where I'm from.

So i got in to the issue and discovered a little bit more.The scars are caused by the body`s reaction to acne.When the body repairs the acne spots some times it leaves a mess which we know as acne scars(holes). Scaring is a very personal thing as some people never have acne scars and others who have had an equal amount of acne are left with holes all over the face.Also to some people acne scars go away in time but to other it has little change in there lifetime.And back to the question how can we fight scaring?Well the best way i know is to fight acne it self.Before doing anything please consult with a dermatologist.

First of all i would like to say that it aways takes time dont think that you will lose your acne over night.And dont fall for any lousions that promise "miraculous" results(the best cure i have come across is ).Results will come at 5-6 weeks and once it starts to go away you will know that you are on the right way.But that the beginning if you want to keep your self clean you will have to treat your self continuously so the little red bastards dont re-appear.And its good to know that what worked on your friend might not work for you.Your skin is different the reason for acne might be different so if your friends starts to clean and you are still "red faced" dont worry just change the treatment you will find it i ts just a matter of time!

I must lose X pounds in X days

Usually its good to set goals but they have to be realistic because if you fail it can really hurt (emotionally that is).As i said setting goals is a major factor for success like body builders make a bet between each other who will make bigger progress.When you have a realistic goal your body and mind work on reaching it in different temperature.So whenever you hear someone say "some day i will lose 60 pounds" well guess what someday never comes.But when you hear somebody say "in a month i will lose 60 pounds" he might have not lost all 60 pounds but will do a lot better than the "someday" guy.By far you dont see the problem in the "i must lose X pounds in X days" right?Well the real problem is that if the thought going on a wedding or a vacation in the form you are now is so scary you might go to the "easy,fast weight loss diets" and starve your self.Its never easy or fast!So these diets will mostly strip you from muscle and water weight and severely hurt your metabolism.But fat?Fat will just remain there and with the effects on your metabolism it may expand it self.And in the end your body will be in worst shape than before and you will suffer emotionally!So think smart dont lose your self to fast weight loss diets and simply forget for the method of "starvation" if you set your goal and work hard with your training your are bound to get results!

Frustration-fight it

At one point of my life frustration was a major problem to me but a couple of really simple things i learned within personal experience and a few books i read helped me overcome it.I was such a person type that when i was tryng to do something if it got wrong even a little bit i start to frustrate my slef become very angry and usually break stuff around me wich got me in to more and more trouble.But not any more actually instead of getting angry and mess up big times i look at problems as things that help me become more flexible in my path to reach the goals i have set.Here is what works for me and i hope will work for you:

First of all be positive!Lose the mindset "its hopeless" or "thats my luck".Wait a few seconds breath deeply think without hasting and take a look at exactly what is the problem and what you can go trough.Its a lot easier to remove your obstacles if you know what exactly you are up against.Than think about what your goal is and how happy you will be when you reach it.Than start thinking on the solutions and when you come up with one dont get to work right away.Go on and think a few more so if you fail your frustration dose not build up again.Knowing that you have a back door will keep you calm and surely you want give up on your goal because that the worst you can do!Thomas Edison said "Many of life`s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up"

1. If you want to ensure eye health care, Don’t smoke. It has been proven that smokers have a higher risk of developing eye health care problems and diseases than non-smokers. The chemicals in tobacco actually damage the blood vessels behind the eyes which increases the risk of developing macular degeneration that is age related.
2. Vision eye care is also necessary every time you take a shower. If you wear contact lenses take them out. People who don’t remove their contact lenses risk contaminating their eyes and this can lead to a potentially blinding infection of the cornea. So remember if you wear contacts think eye health care and remove them before showering, swimming, or using a hot tub.
3. This also relates to vision eye care and contact lenses. Never use tap or bottled water to rinse your lenses or lens case.
4. If you are doing any sort of DIY, eye health care means wearing safety glasses.
5. Never allow your child to wear toy sunglasses. Ensure proper vision eye care by checking that the Kids glasses really do filter out at least 99% of UVA and UVB rays. Toy sunglasses that use tinted lenses actually dilate the pupil and this allows more UV light to enter the eyes.
6. Eye health care means never sharing your cosmetics, face clothes, or handkerchiefs as this can lease to a higher risk of infection.
7. If you wear makeup the proper eye health care regime will be to remove it before you go to bed. Leaving eye make up on overnight can lead to sore and irritated eyes.
8. If you get something in your eye don’t rub it. Proper eye health care will involve lifting the upper eyelid outwards and gently pulling it down over the lower lashes. This will cause tears to flow which should wash away the object.
9. Never use vision eye care products or cosmetics that have passed their expiry date.

i eat because im bored
I like to say that boredom is the mother of degradation.Many things were made out of boredom.Hitler was bored and said to him self "hay why dont i take over the world?!".Well im not really sure about the last one :) but the point is that you should never leave your self to boredom!

Specially if you are on a wight loss diet.When you have nothing to concentrate on your mind and body remind you about the changes you made and want you to go back to normal(wich is eat,eat and eat)and when you have no thing to think about you start thinking about the big stake or the chips you could have in 5 minutes.That what you should avoid if you really want to show your self and the world you are strong and you can reach your goals.The first thing you need to do is concentrate your mind on something alse and it better be a body activate like basketball, jumping on a rope,yoga etc.And dont forget to have a bottle of water on your side no matter what your doing.Some times you could be frequently confusing the hunger mechanism with that of thirst.Especially if you are on a good fat-loss program.You can be surprised what effect a few glasses of water can have if you take them when you fill desire to eat out of boredom.There is another trick i like.i call it the rebel will.Every time when you are bored and you fill the urge to stuck all sorts of junk food in to your stomach you can activate it.Its like that you say to your self "im a master of my body and mind i can do whatever i want whenever i want i cant be forced by anybody or anything to do stuff that could harm me in any way!!!"

I recommend you find your self good equipment for sports you can do at home and anytime you fill bored like jumping rope,punching bag etc.

Water and its effect on human health

Water is 2/3 of the human body and is the most important thing after air. The human anatomy and the mechanics of our body need water just like the car needs gas to work properly. Water really helps decrease chances of disease. For example drinking eight glasses of water daily can decrease the risk of colon cancer by 45%, bladder cancer by 50% and it can potentially even reduce the risk of breast cancer. Experts say that drinking 8 glasses of water a day is perfectly enough. But actually how much water you drink depends on you lifestyle. Its real simple. Just think about your activities. If you are regularly sporting than of course you need more water than the guy sitting on his couch all day long. But a often mistake people do is they think that your body needs water when you fill thirst. Actually thirst is a very poor indicator of body dehydration and so many people walk dehydrated without even knowing.Here are 3 rules i red somewhere about drinking water:
  1. Drink twice as much as it takes to quench your thirst.
  2. Drink frequently throughout the day to prevent dehydration.
  3. Drink at least eight glasses daily, or one cup for every 20 pounds of body weight. For example, a 150-pound person who does not exercise or work in hot climates needs 7.5 cups.
and remember that beer doesn't help dehydration though it quenches you thirst ;)
Water doesn't only prevent disease but it can heal lots and lots of them.For my knowing 30 or more very oftenly met disease like stomach problems, asthma, slight stroke ,hair loss , stress, depression, fever etc. (I will discuss every each of them in later posts)

So remember water can get your body and spirit going so don't forget the 3 golden rules about drinking water!

-Avoid fried foods-forget for fast food!If you really are a meet lover and stopping it seems unrealistic than at least stop the fast food burgers and chickens.You can still have grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken salad, whole wheat wraps, and baked potatoes.But please cut the fast food junk!

-Avoid Loads of Condiments, Sauces and Other Toppings!Unfortunately they are loaded with saturated fat!But if you really want them you can always request alternatives like low-fat mayo, dressings, etc.

Its good for you to know that having problems is normal and its nothing to worry about worring might just resolve in other problems.So here is problem 1 :

Lack of motivation

-Words you use may be one of the problems if you use a word such as workout your subconscious will associate it with the word work and you will not be very excited about doing it.It will fill like a routine.But if you call it with a exciting name that will motivate you like "burning my way to happiness" you will be a lot more motivated :)

-many people think that the progress will be fast and even faster if they overtrain their body.Thats not true and its a major factor for many people quitting thinking "look a bust my ass off 2 weeks and whats the progress..." you have to remember that good things come slow.And more you have to know that you can expand your exercises through time not at once you have to give your body a chance to adjust it self!Oh and also its good to make a photo of your self before you start your program and if you do it regularly make one after 1 month because some times results cant be spotted that easily by you

-low self-esteem sure is a huge factor.Respect your self!Just think how often do you do something good fore people you dont respect?Not very often huh.Self respect is something we will surely cover in later posts.For now just remember that if you dont love your self no one can love you!LOVE YOUR SELF
