Pyridoxine (B6)
This form of vitamin B is essential for redistributing the amino acids and for creating over 5000 proteins and is also the vitamin B forming various enzymes .

Biotin (B7)
It is involved in process like the break down of protein, fats and carbs in to energy.

Folic acid (B9)
This form of vitamin B is of key importance for aiding in cell growth and division, especially during pregnancy. It is also necessary to make natural chemicals which control the appetite, moods and quality of sleep. B9 is the best form of vitamin B for helping lower the chances of suffering a heart attack or stroke by keeping the arteries open.

Cobalamin (B12)
This form of vitamin B is vital in forming the protective covering of nerve cells and to keep red blood cells healthy, and help prevent heart disease. And it also helps e process of converting
the carbs, proteins and fats into energy.
