I used to believe that to prevent pimples one should abhor fatty and oily food. I stand corrected with your article which says, "don't avoid fat!" I learned here that fats are also good for the body and we shouldn't avoid it at all cost. I want your tips and I'm looking forward to a more beautiful skin in the future.
