The apple diet is know to medicine from ancient times. It is effective when suffering from chronic enterocolitis, chronic colitis in phase of sharpening, during digestive tract upset and cold.

Apple diets serve huge results to people that want to rid their organism from the radionuclide. During these conditions it is recommended to have an intake of 1,5 kg(3.3 ib) ripe and soft apples a day. It should be done in 5-6 meals.

The first 2 days you shouldn't eat any other foods or fluids. In the next 2-3 days you can add dairy products, bread and vegetables.

This diet leads to better general condition, stops the swelling, the stomach rumble and removes the colics.

Apple diet is also good during hypertonia condition (400 gr(14 oz) daily). A research shows that it had great effect for 60 out of 100 patients.

Baked apples
Baked apples are good for people suffering from constipation, kidney stones, gastritis and thyroid disorders.

Apple compote
It is good for liver, kidney and heart diseases. If made with no sugar it is used when suffering from  diabetes and obesity .

Leaf tea
It is good during early inflammation process of the digestive tract, ulcers and high blood pressure.

Apple juice
If taken before you eat, it helps deal with constipation. If you add briar it becomes a dietary and vitaminous drink. It is prepared from:
  1. 4-5 sour apples
  2. 3-4 table spoons briar
  3. 3-4 table spoons sugar or honey
  4. lemon or orange rind
  5. citric acid

Cut the apples and brair to little pieces, pour hot water on them and leave them with it for a couple of minutes. Then take them out of the water add the sugar or honey, the rind and the acid.

In my opinion those are the best ways you can use apples to help to improve your general health.
