-Avoid Loads of Condiments, Sauces and Other Toppings!Unfortunately they are loaded with saturated fat!But if you really want them you can always request alternatives like low-fat mayo, dressings, etc.
-Avoid Large Portions-if you have ordered something in a large portion because of lower price or something dont ever push your self to eat all of it in one time!You can divide it in portions but never in one time!
